We will be hosting a shorter, scaled down version of our hafla due to Covid restrictions. Limited seating. 2m distancing, masks, hand sanitizer etc. will be in place. No food will be served unlike our usual traditions. Donations gladly accepted.

We are back and having fun in studio! Covid guidelines in place. We are all double vaccinated. Cleaning before and after class and masks worn in and out and only removed for workout. I do have a face shield if anyone has compromised health. We are allowed up to 10 inside so there is room for a few more.

CORONA VIRUS UPDATE

Due to province wide lock down mandated by the Ontario Government. In studio classes are cancelled for the month of January 2021. We will be keeping an eye on events as they develop.

ZOOM CLASSES WILL CONTINUE UNINTERRUPTED.
