Brought my canada goose coat to get dry cleaned in the spring. Took it out of bag this week, my fur collar appears to have been melted and has lost its shape. Brought coat in today, lady at desk was rude and argumentative, claims it must have come to them in this shape. I assured her that it most certainly didn't. She attempted to straighten my fur collar, to no avail (I tried this at home several times before going to speak with them). She offered me a discount, I declined a discount, I will never use this cleaner service again, customer service is at a 0. Be weary people, these people lie snd blame the customer!

I brought a very expensive blouse to this dry cleaners, they lost it or gave it to somebody else. Now, they seem to be avoiding accountability, several times I have been told that they would get back to me, that doesn't happen. I just made another call there and the individual seemed to feel that I was being rude - actually, I'm frustrated, and more so because she hung up on me. Rude. Dry cleaning is a dying business, and I suggest you go elsewhere if you want to ensure that you'll receive your items back, and that if you have a problem, there will be an attempt to resolve it.

Thank you to Severson cleaners for almost ten years of great service. Their always so friendly and being priced reasonably keeps me coming back. ??

26 years ago my daughter's wedding gown was cleaned and boxed by Severson Cleaners and it is still in fantastic shape!
