We will perform a flash mob style dance. Belly dance or Middle Eastern Dance is a wonderful dance form that enables a person to heal from trauma. Often, in abusive situations the abuser tries to make their victim shrink and become less than their full potential. We intentionally create an environment where making noise, being seen and reaching their fullest potential is not only acceptable but encouraged. Visitors will be invited to don a hip scarf and join us in the finale. Steps will be taught and fun will be had!
