Our team have just started this main floor reno in one of the old stone homes in town! Can't wait to see this transformation take shape over the next few months. Gotta tear out the old, unusable parts and prep for the new and improved ones! Salvaging what we can along the way is certainly something we strive for wherever possible. The original construction of these old buildings is always such a neat thing to expose. Most of the original joists and studs haven't seen daylight in well over 150+ years! You're never sure what you might find! So far no gold bullion yet, but there's still hope! This particular area has been clearly renovated and added onto at various points in the past.
